The 30-day free trial

Every new Shop-OS account starts on a 30-day free trial the moment your Discord server is connected. During the trial you have full access — no payment details needed up front.

Your dashboard shows a banner with the days remaining, and the days left also appear under Settings → Billing.
You can upgrade to a paid plan at any point during the trial from Settings → Billing.
When the trial ends without an upgrade, the bot stops accepting new records: commands reply "Your Shop-OS subscription has expired. Renew at app.shop-os.app to keep recording — your data is untouched."

Note: Nothing is deleted when a trial ends. All your data is exactly where you left it — upgrading restores access immediately.
